Tamworth Equine Veterinary Centre has a quality controlled veterinary semen freezing laboratory onsite. We use state-of-the-art equipment and standardised proprietary protocols, to maintain a quality control program unique to the industry.
Freezing semen allows a stallion’s genetics to be preserved for future breeding. Our quality control program and adherence to industry recommended standards ensures you will receive a quality product and the right amount of viable sperm to achieve the best chance of conception. We are also an accredited facility for freezing semen for export to New Zealand and USA.
We are also able to perform a large range of in-house blood and pathology tests, with results available within the hour.
